Refund policy
You can return most items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
Return Instructions: Please email us at singbee@nginc.io with an intent to return your purchase. All returns must include a tracking number (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Please provide a tracking number for your return. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return.
Exchanges: At this time we do not accept exchanges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
