PAYMENT

Your card will be charged once your order has shipped. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

We make every attempt to fill all orders placed, but some items may be backordered or out of stock. If we cannot confirm shipment of your requested item(s) within 48hrs of the order date, delay notice or backorder notification (whichever is greater), a cancellation for any unshipped item(s) will be processed automatically 48hrs from your order date. You will receive notification of this cancellation via email.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for domestic orders within the US lower contiguous states.

For international orders, please contact us and we will be able to help provide you with a shipping quote.

Orders are processed within 48 hours and will ship from our warehouse in Northern California. Standard shipping times will be 3-4 business days after order processing.

RETURN POLICY

You can return most items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

Return Instructions: Please email us at singbee@nginc.io with an intent to return your purchase. All returns must include a tracking number (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Please provide a tracking number for your return. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return.

CANCELLATIONS

You can no longer cancel an order that has shipped, but once you receive your order, we suggest that you contact Customer Service for a return authorization and return your order to us for a full refund.

When you place an order on singbee.us , your credit information is passed directly in a secure manner to our payment processor. singbee.us does not store credit card information. We use a variety of information security measures to protect your personal information and online transactions with us.
