WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?
Every SingBee manufactured product is covered with a 5-year warranty on the structure of the desk, chair, or accessory item.
A 3-year warranty applies to rubber parts for example, the wrist pads on desktops.
If your items were damaged by shipping or is a manufacturer's defect. Please contact us via email singbee@nginc.io within 14-days of receiving your order.
EXCLUSIONS
The warranty does not cover issues that would be considered wear & tear.

Please include:
- Name
- Order ID
- Where you purchased the item (Amazon or SingBee website, etc)
- Any relevant photos of the current condition of the product
- Statement explaining the issue

RETURNS POLICY
You can return most items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
Return Instructions: Please email us at singbee@nginc.io with an intent to return your purchase. All returns must include a tracking number (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Please provide a tracking number for your return. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return.
Exchanges: At this time we do not accept exchanges.
SHIPPING
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for domestic orders within the lower US contiguous states.
For international orders, please contact us and we will be able to help provide you with a shipping quote.
Orders are processed within 48 hours and will ship from our warehouse in Northern California. Standard shipping times will be 3-4 business days after order processing.
